In 1976, the office supply business of Perry Office Products expands further with a new retail location in nearby downtown Belton, called Belton Office Products. This storefront was intended to make business in Belton more convenient, and it offered all the supplies an office or school could need. It also offered basic printing and copying services.

About a decade after opening, the Belton location also began one of its largest annual services: selling pre-packages school supplies for Belton and Temple ISD. Read more about that history here.

In 1996, Belton Office Products was rebranded to Perry Office Plus in conjunction with the Temple location after the company joined the national cooperative of independent office products and furniture dealers.

For almost the next two decades, the Belton store was business as usual. Then, in 2014, the store expanded and opened Pizazz Gifts & Décor in the west side of the store. This boutique shop sells cute, fun, and fashionable décor, gifts, and accessories, and helps to attract new visitors to the location.

Both the Belton store and Pizazz are still open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 214 E Central in Downtown Belton!
